JOB TITLE: Administrator
JOB TYPE: Part Time (25 hours per month)
LOCATION: Remote
PAY: $20/hour
We are a theater services organization supporting more than 35 community and college theaters throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The ariZoni Awards of Theatre Excellence Administrator will provide organizational and communication support the ariZoni Theatre Awards of Excellence Board of Directors, provides project management support to board committees (developed as the organization expands its service roles within the community) and researches/supports board in applying for grants and sponsorships to support the programs of the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Develop consistent community communication strategies.

Support the Board of Directors through Asana deadline/communication management.

Support strategic plan implementation through communication with and coordination support for community committees developed as part of this plan.

Coordinate Annual Theater Meetings and adjudicator trainings with ariZoni Board Members

Assist ariZoni Board President and Secretary in monthly meeting communications including agenda and minute distribution

Support Board of Directors in Celebration Planning tasks as needed.

Research funding opportunities to support the programs of the organization.

Support the board in developing applications for funding support.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Looking for a collaborative leader with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with Asana, Google Programs (docs, sheets, etc.), Zoom, MonkeyChimp (or other online email programs) necessary.
